Seibel Modern Mfg., since its conception in 1944, has remained an industry leader in industrial welding and steel fabrication. The company has remained a small family, non-union corporation currently employing 75 people including an office staff of 9.

From the companies’ origins in the garage of its founder, Seibel Modern Mfg. has expanded to a 70,000 square foot facility located in Lancaster, NY.

The business now boasts over 13 million dollars in sales despite its lack of a sales staff. Work is acquired through repetitive customers and customer referrals. This philosophy has landed the company work on projects both local and national such as the Franklinville, NY steel pony truss for which Seibel Modern won an American Institute of Steel Construction/National Steel Bridge Alliance award in 1998.
